The bill is a very important one. Kudos to Nwoye but I think he should borrow a leaf from Obiano and be more diplomatic. Obiano was able to Robby those in higher authority and officially include Anambra State in the list of Oil producing state even though he was in opposition party. Anambra deserves to be a member of NDDC but Senator Tony Nwoye is going about it the wrong way. These things require diplomacy and cool head not by agbero or cultist behaviour. Niger delta states should be states where river Niger splits before entering the sea which may be Delta, Bayelsa and Rivers.
Nigerian factor and politics will always have its way and things that are not ordinarily will be because of political manipulations.

Please stop saying what you don't know. I'm from ilaje in Ondo state. My local government have crude oil and bitumen. We share water border with the ijaw in delta state that also have oil also. We even fought many years of war. We all live on water together.

This so called Bill looks more like a "Hail Mary" kick than a well thought out strategy.
