If English language is not a determinant, why do you need it for basics like University admission? Why do some corporate organizations pay attention to your proficiency at job interviews. You may not have proper grasp of your own language, yet you also have an intelligence problem.

English language may not be a determinant to how intelligent one is, but low IQ is to have people one social media who make such reckless comments. Low IQ is says things in social media with no verifiable facts to back up.
