Adoption has processes , legally bounded There are legalized orphanage home people can adopt from and follow due process. erico2k2:Since they're all related, I think they can have a law that covers surrogacy and adoption and everything. If FG isn't moving, the SE governments should enact these laws since that's the region most affected. Hopefully, they can persuade these roadside people to register and go legit. |
