I know with time the true story will come out.
Imagine a commanding officer who is likely a lieutenant Colonel and two majors went for a peace mission.

It's not villagers that kill soldiers in the north

They are called bandits and terrorists

Whatever kills a soldier should prepare for a comback

Only in the south, the other day in a video, soldiers were being beaten up in the north, try it in the south and the army will burn the whole town.

You should be asking if the Soldiers are aiding Ijaws to kill, burn, and remove the Urhobos from their communities and villages. No community will stay idly by while they are removed from their ancestral lands without fighting back.

What are soldiers doing in there that makes the Urhobo militants misconstrue a peace mission for a confrontation?

The Army should start talking.

OK, what about shooting down their planes and killing every army in the north there, or invading a military formation and killing many officers?

Don’t you see the Ijaw boy, General Ditari posting map pictures that Ijaws own the whole coast of Niger delta? He’s their agent on Nairaland. Ijaws should be flushed out from Delta state.

Probably the Ijaws. Their agents are on Nairaland always drawing maps about how they own the whole coastal region of Niger delta from Ondo to Akwa Ibom.

Whatever the reason

Soldiers have every right to regroup and retaliate as they please

So you expect them to just forget about it?

see gbojom lamba.
point of correction, No military general was killed.
secondly you can't behead and harvest soldiers organs in the name of retaliatory attack and thirdly, they won't go in such few numbers if it weren't for peace keeping mission.

Soldiers are not the government and as such should be confined to the Barracks until appropriate order is received from the elected civilian government.

The truth is that Nigerian soldiers don't have the incentive to fight aggrieved, well-armed to the teeth local militia. What incentive do they have to lose their lives for internal communal squabble? Most of the soldiers are there for the money and are not ready to die.

Ijaw people are the southern fulanis! They are the ones that caused Warri crises.

Urhorbo people should resist those drunkard land landgrabbers.
