I had always wished Innoson manufactures a budget car for young Nigerian youths, within the range of 500,00k. But now that things are quite expensive, a budget car car with 1m to 1.5m will really be cool.

Innoson lack the capacity to manufacture a Rear view mirror, or a tiny Water temperature sensor on a truck.
That shiit was imported and assembled by olodos.

If you weren't a mumu you would know that is not the job of car manufacturers to manufacture the individual parts of their vehicles, but rather to SOURCE the required parts from a multiplicity of suppliers, before MANUFACTURING or 'assembling' the car.

Despite this, Innoson actually has other plants within the same complex manufacturing various parts, and his locally sourced inputs are well over 70%.

Every car manufacturer is an 'ASSEMBLER'.

To manufacture a car is to assemble a car. There is no difference.

In the USA, car manufacturing plants are called 'car assembly plants'.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_automotive_assembly_plants_in_the_United_States

It is only in NIGERIA that some illiterate a few decades ago somehow decided that there was a difference between manufacturing something and 'assembling' it.

And this rank ignorance caught on with the rest of the population, already groomed by colonialists to doubt their own capacity.

If you go outside Nigeria and ask if a car was either assembled or manufactured, they would ask you if you are ok.

tribal sentiments aside and look at the hard facts, this man is selling a made in Nigeria truck that will run on CNG with a consumption rate of 30kg per 100 km and with CNG at roughly #250-300 naira per kg you will have a running cost of approx #8-9k per 100km, compared to the normal diesel truck that uses also roughly 40 ltrs per 100km at #1600/ltr you have #48k on runming cost for 100 km,this man does not need any PR ,the laws of economics will market the trucks

Lol it doesn’t happen like that, law of economics doesn’t guarantee sales in the consumer market bro, u have to keep bringing it to your consumer face all the time until u take over the market and you no longer need PR, but that the mistake a lot of companies makes and that why other companies bench them up, u need to keep spoon feeding your consumer everyday and watch how your patronage skyrocket

Can you share the interior of the new Innosson manufacturing plant?

all vehicles on INNOSON website are on the page of the Chinese-made BAIC company. Its BJ80 SUV states that the Innoson IVM G80 is indeed a variant of the Chinese mid-size 4-WD luxury SUV manufactured by a subsidiary of BAIC (Beijing Auto Industry Corporation) – BAIC Motors under BAW (Beijing Auto Works).

Using made in Nigeria products actually the best. Just that Nigerians no dey value their own

Spare parts are the issues, these manufacturers are out to make profits and flood the markets with their products.

They understood the sustainability is having spares but they silently ignore it, when you need to service and repair u av to begin a torturous journey looking for them.

Spares and servicing is a different investment from manufacturing and assemble.

Africa is toxic when it comes to business. Unless it's an FDI

Innosson don't produce parts, no assemble company make parts unless manufacturers like Toyota etc who owns the technology

I sell brand new cars

Comon wheel-stud, Nobody can produce in Nigeria.
There is no part of that Tractor that can be produced in Nigeria QED.
Nonetheless, the Trailer or Body of a truck can be manufactured in Nigeria.

My friend Chioma was given a review of the product, telling the world about the cons and pros of the product.

Somebody did a review of Dangote floor some years ago and found out that it never contain vitamin E as proposed by the company and the company took it in good faith.

Stop supporting nonsense it will never help NIGERIA to develop.

But they asked her to produce who and who it has killed why did she failed in it?? And she was adamant to apologies after erring. That wasn't a review my Lord
