Very dubious intervention program.
The government will never recovery 100% of the funds.
Yes, that’s where the corruption lies.

Get 1b from government, return 500m and the balance is written off and shared.

Overall, the program benefitted about 4.67 million farmers involved in either maize, rice or wheat farming.
Wow!! This is very significant!
Little wonder the subsidised grains were being smuggled outside Nigeria. FG should investigate these farmers too.
God bless Nigeria for ever! Check my signature for free stuffs!
Nothing is subsidised here. It's a loan with interest

Drop the names and phone numbers of 4 farmers you know who received the funds.

The problem with these oafs in APC is the way they suddenly pretend that anything APC says is the gospel.

Same people expect us to believe that whatever comes out from PDP or Labour Party is a lie.

Jackasses

Lol Bubu scammed Nigeria to favour the north.
There's nothing like RIFAN. It is a mushroom organisation registered in 2016 to scam Nigeria through CBN.

Alex commodities is owned by Elumelu if I remember very well

RIFAN was an APC sponsored scam

That's why anyone supporting APC simply does not like Nigeria no matter how much they posture

There's very little to show for his huge money that's spent on farming.
Because it was not spent on farming but was looted by APC goons

NIGERIA IS FULL OF THIEVES. THESE LOANs WERE COLLECTED WITHOUT INTENTION TO REPAY BACK. IT BENEFITED THE HAUSA/FULANI ELITE DURING BUHARI TENURE.

The only thing they suffer in their prison is just freedom. Orji uzor kalu came out from kuje prison looking fresher 😁 is the poor man that suffers in prison. Even Ekeremmadu is living a better life than most of us here.

The government tried for recovering at least 50% of the monies it gave out as loans and the anchors too for having the faith to repay some of the loans back.

However, I'd like to point out that the evil & destructive activities of some Fulani herdsmen, who grazed their cattle on some of these farmers' crops as well as flooding, contributed to the inability of some farmers to repay their loans (not ruling out other factors but these ones, I'm sure of).

Having said that, if the EFCC should beam small searchlight (doesn't have to be full) on Bank of Agriculture (the MD then, some directors of the bank as well as some of its bank officials), NIRSAL (the former MD at the time & current MD, officials in charge of disbursement & those who vet the loan applications) & some directors of CBN (there's a particular director but he has been transferred out to one arm of the CBN in Maitama by Cardoso), the skeletons they'll find ehn, it will be epic.

Some people who collected the loans thought that the loans are a share of the national cake.

Wow, it's now I understand why Fulani Herders were ravaging people's Farm Land.

It was actually a strategy to cover up for all these funds that were stolen and make it look as if it was Fulani/Bandits invasion that affected Agricultural productions.
