Ah, at this stage I won't argue with you because your kind of sentiment is beyond reasoning.
I told you names on UNN Supplementary lists is usually more than what you have on merit lists and I proved it with many evidences for more than 1 departments. You're here capping another thing again. There's no sch in any other region outside SE where supplementary (backdoor admission) list names are more than merit list names.

Just so you know UNN & other SE Schs are well known for going beyond quota. There's no Federal sch in the North or SW that goes beyond the extra 10% allowed for overadmission. SE do theirs in hundreds and I've proven it. That's why JAMB queried them in the screenshot I attached earlier.

As for the quota, stop beating about the bush. I've told you the quota for UNN Nursing is 75 as at 2022 admission.
What else do you want.
I'll attach another screenshot for UNN Nursing quota as at 2022 maybe it can remove part of the sentiment that's preventing you from understanding the previous proofs I sent earlier. It was UNN herself that confirmed these quota for different med courses part of which someone has proven before on this thread with screenshots from MDCN portal.

If you can't open your eyes and head to think straight without sentiment at this juncture, sorry I can't help you again because it's obvious you know what's up but just choose to hide from the truth
You are a comedian.
You not present a screenshot of UNN clearing itself of over admitting as evidence of over admitting. Don't you see how funny you are?
Really, you are the only one with tribalistic sentiments here and it's affecting your understanding.

There you go again...
🤣

Your region was not ahead in anything.
How many secondary schools were in Igboland to start with?
Not to talk of Higher Institutions.

You lot keep concocting lies to suit your narrative.
If you were ahead, you won't keep fleeing your backward region.

Awolowo gave free education to catch up with who?
🤣

I am sure he started WNTV and built Cocoa House to catch up with Igbos too.
Clown!

...and so you know, nobody fears Igbos.
Not in Nigeria, not anywhere in the World.

Deluded lot!
I don’t even know if I should continue responding to you cos from your response it’s clear you don’t know Nigerian history

Continue to deceive yourself. There has never been anytime Igbos caught up with Yoruba in education and free education was introduced before 1962.

Name some of your doctors and lawyers or technocrats (they are unknown except for few who didn't drop out to do petty trading in the SW) if Yorubas ones known, important and active will not surpass them.

SW has 3 times the number of professors the SE has.

This is the Nigeria University Commission website's link...

Lies, it's because Aguyi Ironsi nepotism
True that

It was the introduction of Aguiyi Ironsi's unpopular unitary system of government via the Unification Decree 33 in 1966 (after the Kaduna Nzeogwu-led military coup) that led to Aguiyi Ironsi's military government moving a lot of Ibo workers from the Old Eastern Region to work in the Civil Service of the Old Northern Region and the Old Western Region. In a multi-ethnic society such as Nigeria, it was wrong for Ironsi to have moved Ibo workers to the Old North and Western Regions from the Eastern Region thereby depriving folks of those areas from being employed according to history and geopolitical Analysts.

This made a lot of ethnic groups especially in the North of Nigeria and the Niger Delta according to Chief Harold Dappa-Biriye to complain about the nepotism of Ibos.

Chief Harold Dappa-Biriye (who was an indigene of Bonny Island and the father of modern Ijaw nationalism) granted a 2-page interview in 1999 in the Guardian newspaper while he was in Port Harcourt, Rivers State and he talked about this same aspect of Ibos trying to deliberately dominate all parts of Nigeria in the 1960s through Aguiyi Ironsi's Unification Decree 33 and that it led to fears among especially the ethnic minorities such as the Ijaws and others in Nigeria and the North of Nigeria. He further accused the Ibo politicians of the 1960s of sponsoring the Nzeogwu-led coup plotters who he refered to as school boys because they displayed a great deal of in experience.

Chief Harold Dappa-Biriye bluntly said in that interview that the Yorubas were far ahead of the Ibos in education and development and the Ibos got up and we're trying to RIVAL the Yorubas in every position which culminated in the Unification Decree 33. This highly irresponsible Decree 33 is one of the major reasons why the Northern-led counter military coup of the middle part of 1966 took place with General Yakubu Gowon becoming the new Head of State of Nigeria from 1966 to 1975.

I still have scanned copies of that explosive Guardian interview that Chief Harold Dappa-Biriye granted in my archives. If I find the Guardian article, I'll upload it here. I'll do a larger write up on the historical FACTS to educate and correct the person you quoted on this same thread later today.

It's fantastic to see medical student intake categorized by geopolitical zones! This approach not only ensures equitable distribution of healthcare professionals but also fosters diversity in healthcare delivery. Including General Dentistry in the mix is crucial, as oral health plays a significant role in overall well-being. Here's to a future where every region is well-equipped with skilled professionals to cater to diverse healthcare needs!
