Hope dis project won't take 1 million years... Repair bad roads first before building new ones.... Why we dey always embark on foolish projects?

U get 5 bad cars for house due to bad maintenance and u want to buy d sixth one, is dat not foolishness?

What's Otunba Gbenga Daniel doing their with his ever smiling face? Anyway, he's an engineer like Dave Umahi.

I like the concrete road technology being used here. The roads will last longer being that the Lagos to Calabar route is essentially gonna pass through areas that have high water tables that would lead to the roads being quickly damaged. At last, the long-awaited Coastal highway construction has kicked off. Kudos to everyone who made this happen.

Lagos to Calabar... It's full steam ahead!

Whenever you guys raise this I wonder if you were still a child when he was president.

The uproar was more about the timing, 1st of January, many of those that went home that period haven't been able to return, the issue was his timing.

Now imagine that those rods are manufactured locally.. the jobs that would be created..

Government should be sincere about reviving the steel sector.. it can create millions of jobs and fetch the much needed fx..

That's if the west agrees for Africa to reach that level of development. Once you achieve steel you're definitely on your way to dominance and complete development
