Pussyisgud: Have you heard of cassava flour? The bread you eat these days is mixed with cassava flour. Garri is another way of processing cassava. The difference between cassava flour and Garri: Cassava flour is dried using a dryer Garri is dried using a pot that is placed on fire. Most people add oil to Garri while processing, while others don't. I tried using my home made cassava flour (I used the sun to dry mine) mixed with wheat flour to make my bonce and chin chin, It was yummy. Cassava flour and Garri has the ability to stick together. Both has great taste. |

Pussyisgud: You are the one that should stop the nonsense. It is called innovation. As long as there is no poisonous item in what she used. it is food. Were your grandparents using milk to drink gaari in the olden days? Someone started it and it worked. Can you call it nonsense? What about pap? In the olden days, nothing like taking pap with milk but now many can't take pap without milk. You see, most of all these American foods called different names are almost same thing with little difference. Shawama, burger, sandwich, etc. It is common bread with jagons put inside. Someone innovated them. They just change the contents. Do you know what is called Kokoro? It is like chinchin. It is fried Eba. And you wouldn't know if you are not told what it is made of. FRIED EBA. Many eat it and don't know till date what it is made of. If it was a black man that invented YOGURT ppl like you would say God forbid. It is disgusting. It is fermentend Milk. (Spoilt Milk if I'm permitted to call it) So, OP ride on o. Don't mind Discouragers. 1 Like |

Let me fine tune your product. first, your water is too hot, which makes it too starchy, judging from the photo. It then makes it looks like a regugitated Eba. Let the water be warm, not hot. First add the milk to the water, so the garri can properly absolved it. I will suggest you also add little sugar and salt to give it a more sharper taste. Fry with red oil, instead of groundnut oil to give it coloring, and beauty. add onions and bell pepper, sliced to the frying. Thank me later π 1 Like |

TheFreshVanilla: Stop this nonsense. If you are from a rich home. Congrats to you. But don't insult poor people. I have a Billionaire client. I entered his office one day and met him eating kulikuli. He is a Jovial person. Before we started talking he asked, "are you surprised a Billionaire eat kulikuli?" I burst into laughter and said "no sir" If this was prepared and presented to you at a five star hotel, you will eat it and say, "wow! So yummy" Especially when you don't know the ingredient. 1 Like |
