Owerri has the potential to be 100 times better than the images you are seeing
What you are seeing is mostly individual efforts
Rapid industrialisation is needed, quality roads
And efficient town planning, people build anyhow without supervision, poorly erected structures, no drainages, no sidewalks, the raining season is terrible there

Inferiority/inferiority complex: a word created by the white man to continue enslaving your sorry ahs

American government support Hollywood to produce war films, showing superiority over other nations.

What do we call that? Inferiority or superiority?
Hahaha

it’s not about Igbo or Tribe.
The reason why you said this is because you don’t travel. Nigeria doesn’t start and end in Lagos. .

It’s actually cool to see how places are been rebuilt after the war.

Owerri is the most peaceful capital city in Nigeria.
There's a reason expatriates working in the so called south south region, keep their families in owerri

Forget about the location,
Like now, I got information about the rainfall, and believe me, most streets are flooded right now, drainages should be prioritised during road construction
The last administration embarked on opening the underground water tunnels that would have been massive in combating overflow, that's the first time of seeing such huge underground structure purportedly built by Sam mbakwe, there is rapid building of houses every where without recourse to drainages, the streets are very narrow, as the houses are close to each other, I expect the OCDA to address it.... Owerri is well planned, the town planning is massive, but the infrastructure doesn't do justice to that

I didn't say such, but many Imolites feel he (Rochas) didn't do much (myself inclusive) because we have high standards, such that have never been met
