God hates laziness, and even nature hates laziness, when you keep your brain busy by reading, watching video training, Learning, and practicing. Your brain gets better daily


So if you want a healthy brain, get yourself involved in learning the right resources and putting the lessons into practice, you will be more inclined, with more wisdom and understanding

When you put your body into exercise, work, and walking, not sitting down all alone doing nothing, not sleeping all day doing nothing, you are indirectly exercising your body thereby building up a good healthy body system.

God hates laziness, the same way our natural body does...is a timing world, a time to be born and a time to leave the world, so learn to Invest your time rightfully and don't spend it wrongly:
