No rather it is the children of perdition that can’t read that should be ashamed.

Umahi said nothing new. Even in the letter sent by the Lagos state government showed that it is 50m that is needed from it.

People just emotionally blow it out of proportion. There was never a time where they said they would demolish all his property along that axis. If you have the proof, bring that.
So it is the children of perdition that gave out the demolition notice?
Is it that u people don't have sense at all?

Most idiots masturbating and spewing their hateful bile out has never been to landmark but they are already downgrading it's worth and those idiots that issued that demolition notice should be watched, it is possible they acted without involving the decision makers.
Show evidence the government ever wanted to destroy the whole of landmark

Bros beware of those empty brained people that called themselves govt officers from Lagos, They still pose a threat to that Property,

What Oga Dave should as a matter of urgency do, is to tell them to keep off, that it now belongs to the FG,

else there will still be wahala

I said it that Paul Onwasibe’s saving grace in this whole saga would be Umahi.

If it was an Agbado that is Minister of Works, that establishment would have been bulldozed.

They can be wicked like that. But thank God for God.
Are you guys not tired of this victim mentality? Please show evidence the government were planning to destroy the whole of landmark

I wish I could send you and audio here to explain better.. listen when you check the path for coastal road you will see they've sand filled the path very close to landmark resort. They just stopped very close to that beach.

Probably the owner most have given them a strong for them to change course. This is not about victim mentality they are already close to that beach

Landmark encroached on government land but the FG was gracious enough not to touch any of its buildings

Really wonder why these guys are quick to cry fowl whereas they are the ones that do wrong in the Tory’s place

The coastal road would have caused trouble for those omo oniles because those lands they use to sell to 2 or 3 people at the same time will be gone. This project will only affect part of the parking lot of Landmark if it is 50m they are taking for the project

According to Umahi, "I saw that there's no permanent structure other than a few shanties along the shoreline that are affected".
I guess the shanties along the shoreline are part of the $200million evaluation of Landmark.
I guess these are the shanties right This is top tourist site in Lagos, thank God for Paul for investing in Owerri and Port Harcourt, that was how warri people killed the economy of the city because of stupidity thinking they're doing others

From the previous thread, i knew everything about Landmark was exaggerated, all the figures were exaggerated to cury public sympathy and blackmail the government. And that seems to be the tool of our neigbours from across the other side. The project will go on and Landmark would no longer have direct acess to the beach.
Landmark owner was very smart to invest in other cities

Yes, he lied and that's victim crying, that's your modus operandi. A lot of businesses from Lagos to Calabar will be affected along the shoreline but the guy quickly ran to CNN to victim cry as if he was targetted. He hasn't even met with the Minister before playing the victim.
These are investments you call shanties, he is paying billions of naira to Lagos, employing many of your people and you think it's all about Paul investments
