Hmmmm ... sabotaging the local industry that is helping to bring relief to all. Were they on duty? If yes .... then they need to be court marshaled. If not... then seriously interrogated by the Police ... charged and given a longggg sentence. This amount of cable tells me it is not the first time ... and something went wrong between them and the clearing officer.
