I always reiterated that all air peace need is good service and good aircraft and they will be in business forever, but all they want is to grab the lion share of international flight from Nigeria instead of contending for the market share first.

With this news it it imminent that if care is not taken they may lose altogether as charity begins at home.
It is this local flight you use as a dress rehearsal for how you treat your international client.

Air peace is now an international airline they should also improve with their domestic services

I have used Air Peace for years, and never experienced such...!

Matter of fact, I have gotten more than my money's worth.

The few times my flights were delayed, I got explanations and apologies.

Concerning customer service complaints, I sincerely can't relate... I always get exceptionally great service from their staff.


Well, mistakes and exceptions abound... The airline should swiftly address these issues.

It's too common to Airpeace, they get the most complaints. You get compensated in Europe if your flight is delayed or cancelled.

The problem is not just AirPeace...all airlines do the same...did Azman air that was first to disappoint u compensate u? Did they even make availability for hotel for u after cancelling the flight?? I experienced same with Dana last week... I also experienced same with united a couple of months ago ... so it's not peculiar to AirPeace, they all do it ... AirPeace even tried by providing accommodation, most of them will tell u to come back tomorrow

They left Abj for owerri and I'm sure they weren't cleared for landing , reason they flew back... now , why shouldn't they be cleared for landing at that time , it shows that government is not also helping matters

What does it matter if People don't call out other airlines? We believe in Airpeace, people all over Nigeria and in diaspora have been fighting online for over 3 weeks to ensure Airpeace gets the attention a a share of the international flight it deserves.
How fo you now expect us to look away from "our own brother's business" when things aren't going well. Remember, our support for Airpeace is both Moral, Ethical and Political so they MUST do the right thing....if they want to be our "flagship airlines" to the world, they must vent the rest to be the best and NOT join them if you can't beat them!
