Road is well completed. This is same road before the rain.

Maybe that is the side that has been completed. Do you have any photos that shows that particular flooded area in the video being completed?

Took time to watch the video,
1. The road seems to be in good condition
2. The drainage are fine too and to some extent effective
3. Canals should have been built either side of the road to channel water
4. The road seems broken but not broken. Seems broken cause of the amount of dirt and debris that have been washed on it due to the amount of rain. The guy in the video shoulda seen that but kept mute
5. Some houses were built along water channel
6. A possible structural deficiency from the engineers, multiple culverts shoulda been built under the road to allow water flow from one part to the other.

Overall the guy in the video seems to be a propaganda enthusiast. The road wasn't damaged and the flooding wasn't as a result of the road.
