How will water come, when there is no electricity to pump, they must have used gen to pump, will he give them money for fuel daily? Does pumping machine spoil instantly. After installing the borehole did he wait to commission the borehole?
Who is the contractor that installed the borehole? Is Obi that recommended the contractor who installed the borehole?
If Obi out of his generosity pity the villagers by donating the amount requested by the villagers to install a borehole for them how is it his fault?

Why don't call out the contractor to account for the money he use in installing the borehole.

The story is not complete. Did the reporter find out why it stopped working 2weeks after installation? It is possible that due to careless usage, the thing packed up and again it can be as a result of sabotage from his political rivals.

It is a failure on the side of Donator for not observing properly what shoot the Standard of environment he intended to donate for. We told you then that your Oga no get good foresite on how to govern but you started insulting us .
