It's to know what the decision of the high Court is on the matter.

However, generally speaking, this law profession is somehow I swear, what is seen as white by everyone can be said to be black as long as you can't say things to prove it is white.

Mr EFCC chairman please resign immediately, it's clear you don't know anything about the court and your job

Anyway, I can't blame you, because nobody can reason beyond his/her level of his intelligence.

It's not everyone that is supposed to dabble into political posts, since many don't know how governance and laws operate.

High level political negotiations has happened.

Efcxc received order from above.

Even if you file a case improperly, all you have to do is defile it. Na so DSS they refile Nandi Kanu case everyday to ensure he does not escape.

This EFCC man is corruption personified.

No court can prevent any law enforcement agency from interrogate a suspect even in the presence of his lawyer.

You just told the whole country that we can all resist interrogation

Guys are quick to misinformed rationalism.
Most didn't even bother to read the article before calling for the resignation of the EFCC chairman.

DMerciful:
All these media outlets in support of Bello, trying to mislead the public.

EFCC had appealed the Kogi State high Court decision for Bello not to be arrested and prosecuted. However, since the federal high court has made a ruling for substituted service, the EFCC does not need the physical presence of Bello hence withdrawing the appeal because it has been taken over by events.

Yahaya Bello will be prosecuted and jailed!
The main court case involving his prosecution is still on and it's adjourned to May where Bello is expected to appear or face a bench warrant!

If government want to be serious in their fight against corruption, they should set up an independent criminal court.

All these supreme court, appeal court bla bla bla are set up to favour polithiefians and cover up their messes.

Even the Nigerian constitution is set up to favour these criminals.

The EFCC chairman should have known the Nigerian system will make it extremely hard for him and the commission to prosecute YEYE BELLO.
