Am sure you did not read the article.

Without France New Caledonia would be a 3rd world country hence the reason why the citizens voted thrice to remain a French territory rather than an independent country.


It is still a third world country...while the white enjoy the fruit of the land and the poor are poorer.

Google it and read well. The land is original for blacks but the owners of the land are economically behind.
