Which kind of question is this? So he should be poor abi? Where did God command is to be poor in the Bible? How will he help people with diverse problems around him if he is poor ?

I didn't say they should be poor. Stop being mischievous. Wealth should not be a focus amongst leaders in the Lord's vineyard or can you explain better the story of the rich young man whom refused to abandon his wealth to follow Christ?
