If not for the 8-2 mauling earlier in the season do you think Wenger would have gone to splash money in the last transfer days? That was why I didnt like that Man Utd fixture to be played before the window. Even though these guys are not the very top level players, tell me how your season would have fared without PM, Arteta, Santos etc With Sagnas injury and others |

coogar: Lie. Chika didn't murder Arsenal defence at anytime. I guess every manutd forward who played that fa game also 'murdered' Arsenal. Fergie musta noticed that Chika is so ineffective when he plays against Arsenal |

He has had a little setback that is under investigation at the moment so I cannot give you how long he will be out for. At the moment he is seeing a specialist and as soon as we know more we will communicate. It sets him back a little bit but for how long I don't know. It is the same foot but a different problem to the injury he had surgery on back in September. But is it an inflammation? We have to wait a little bit. on Bacary Sagna… on Mikel Arteta… http://www.arsenal.com/news/news-archive/41750/team-news |

And I was really looking forward to Wilshere's return. The season just got longer. |

mystikal: You dey fall for Arsene's ' esa lo ba de news' on Wilshere. SMH, after enduring the 'is coming news' on Vermalen last season, I've learned to believe arsenal news only with my eyes. When i see it, it's true. |
Re: Arsenal Fans Thread: Finally Reborn! The Red & White Army: FA CUP Champions 2020 by debosky(m): 6:02pm On Jan 28, 2012 |
I didn't expect Wilshere to play this season and anyone relying on a player out for that long is a simpleton in the making, especially with our history with such long term injuries (Rozzi, Diaby, Vermaelen, Rambo). Now one of the LANS is out of the picture, will Baba Ijebu move? No! Instead of dealing with concrete issues he is declaring undying love for Arshavin. . . .issokay!! Even Sagna, Santos and Gibbs will almost certainly suffer from setbacks - with Arsenal you should EXPECT a set back and dance yahooze if it doesn't materialise. The window will close and nothing will happen yet again. . . . .expect more excuses very soon about not being able to spend (while wasting money on the signing fee and wages of the likes of Park and Diaby). |

There are rumours in the arsenal blogosphere that arse fc have tabled a bid of £25m for Hazard plus a player. The major papers in europe got nothing on it anyways. Just a rumour. |

Rumour has it, Wenger offered £8M for Podolski this month but Koln had the balls to decline. What do they want? £25M? |

1536: I shared a train with some Arsenal fans on their way back from the defeat by Manchester United last Sunday. Sample quote: "They said we had to move to compete with the best. I'd rather be at Highbury with the team we had there, than where we are now with the team we have now." He had a point doesn't he? from BBC |

When Duduspace and I were clamoring for OX to be given a run in the side, Debo was yarning anti-sense. Now in just the last two games(plus his few cameos early in the season), we've seen he's better a Walcott-Arshavin hybrid. . . What a player!!! |

Henry has a cult like following amongst the players. They hug him when they score. Keep him as player coach Arsene. |
