nikkykay:
Suarez has spoken after dir match that he didnt say he wanted to stay at Liverpool so his saga continues

Makes it even more interesting
Luis Suarez has not contacted Liverpool over his future despite being quoted in Uruguay that he wanted to stay

Make una no get heartache o...I will suggest you delete anything Arsenal related from your harddrive till the day we play Spurs at the Emirates.
For me, if AW buys a 40M pound player this season, I am willing to forgive him all his sins cheesy As long as its not one 17 year old from Brazil cheesy

GAYYners it looks like Gustavo might be on his way to Wolfsburg.

You mean Wolfsburg beat Assanal to another player.

So June 1-15 - Higuain

June 15 to 30 to Rooney

July 1-15 dedicated to Bernard

July 15-30 dedicated to Suarez

August 1 -15 dedicated to Gustavo

So whos next

If Gustavo goes to Wolfsburg, it'll be because Arsenal couldn't guarantee him a starting place - Scolari's warning applies to him and Cesar: prioritise playing time over money.

Still actively siddon looking. grin

Gustavo is your only hope of ending that trophyless drought! Y'all are missing out on a player that averaged 93% pass accuracy last season in the league

Personally, I do not believe Gustavo's decision to join Wolfsburg has anything to do with first team chances in arsenal, without being bias I think Gustavo would make the first eleven of arsenal without huge competition, but here is my take on his decision.

Next year is the World Cup and this coming season is the most important season in his career if he hopes to make the team in brazil, thus he is not willing to risk a move to a different league he is not conversant with, the premiership is very unpredictable for players coming from other leagues, he would rather swim in an ocean he already understands where he is also guaranteed playing time than move to England and become a flop in the first season and not make the team to brazil.

The down side to his move to Wolfsburg is this, would playing for Wolfburg give him the publicity he craves? Other than that I think he is trying to play it safe, no doubt he loves Arsenal but its too risky to move to Enland this year.

Just hope he replicate the agege goal week in week at the emirates. Agege goals with butter would even make it more delicious.

Spurs sign Capoue for less than 10 million, have agreed 12.5 mill fee for teenage sensation dubbed 'the new modric', and reportedly in for 30 million rated Roma winger Lamela, and Ajax Midfielder Christian Erikksen.

They've already signed Soldado,Chadli and Paulinho for a combined fee of over 60 million...and still intend to KEEP Bale...

There is an Epic power shift afoot in North London cheesy cheesy

Walcott might be unavailable, Santi might be exhausted after traveling from Ecuador, Arteta with a thigh strain. cheesy

Not looking good folks.

@ Roland we are saying the same thing - chances of starting every game at Wolfsburg (and playing well) are more certain than doing so at Arsenal where Arteta and Rambo (when fit) are relatively settled as the 'defensive' pairing, in addition to being in a new league.

A-40:

I'm not sure about that - Arteta's pass completion was nearly 92%, with the highest number of successful passes in EPL history. He achieved this level of accuracy despite playing more than double the league games Gustavo did. It remains to be seen if adding another successful passer is what we need to bridge the gap from no trophies to trophies.

Granted an additional player to give us more variety and rotate with Arteta is desirable, but saying he's our 'only hope' is a wild exaggeration.

Can this be possible?, then we're relegated even before the season starts.
A goalkeeper and a first team player on the bench only cheesy

And don't forget that we'll still travel to Turkey for the qualifying match with Fenarbace.

Arsene has no excuse whatsoever, he wont be lucky this time cos he has planned to fail.
