I think each card should have the value of what it's meant for...#20,000 scratch card for acceptance fee, etc.

Hausa: is d elective really of use?

Bros, without 12 units of special electives [that is, 1 special elective accounts for 2 units exempting few which count for 4 units], a student on a cgpa of 5.0 will not graduate. The compulsory SER 001USE OF ENGLISH accounts for 4 units and u add another 8 units of SE of ur choice. It is easier 2 have all ur electives in ur part1 rain and harmattan semester thats way i'm emphazing u register for it. By part2, u won't have d time to attend SE classes and d attendance matters a lot but now u will have enuf time to attend d classes.
The good side of SE is that failing them comes without consequences with the exception of SER 001 but it adds nothing to ur cgpa. Fail USE OF ENGLISH and one will keep on retaking it till one passes.
Information is a necessary tool u need to equip ursef with 2 have a successful OAU experience.

4 each of d kads, u r 2 pay d fee+350. E.g, 4 acceptance fee, u'll get d kad at #20,350. Same goes 4 d rest

the 350 represents bank charge for each fee u r paying,d cards(3 in all) denotes d value of 3 different fees u r to pay,e.g acceptance which is 20k has a price tag of 20k

Bros, i am relating this from experience.
Let me set some things straight, once d portal opens 4 accommodation on friday and u secure ur bedspace, u will need to printout d bedspace clearance form. U will present d clearance form when u resume on sunday 2 d hall wardens and they will allow u into d halls of residence temporarily and on afterwards u proceed 2 d bank on monday 2 pay 4 d space and u'r secured 4 d session.
U can take any elective within and outside ur faculty but not an elective been handled by ur department.
