MindHacker9009:Jesus was making an analogy....and somehow u took analogy out of context to mean he support wars when talking about something completely different .. sigh!! |

MaxInDHouse: MindHacker9009:Jesus and his disciples were no match for the Roman Empire, hence his reason for not going to war with the Roman empire Luke 14:31–32 (NIV): “Or suppose a king is about to go to war against another king. Won’t he first sit down and consider whether he is able with ten thousand men to oppose the one coming against him with twenty thousand? If he is not able, he will send a delegation while the other is still a long way off and will ask for terms of peace." MaxInDHouse: |

advanceDNA:I understand that Jesus used an analogy here, but the example He chose shows that He acknowledges war as a reality and doesn’t outright condemn it. Instead, He emphasises wisdom and prudence before engaging in conflict, making sure one is capable of winning rather than rushing in blindly. So, it’s fair to say Jesus supports going to war if it’s necessary and one can succeed, rather than promoting unnecessary or reckless fighting. |

MindHacker9009:Well, Jesus made several analogy while he taught... some involved dishonest workers, wicked rulers, wicked murder0us tenants, etc,, are u saying he supports these? |
| Re: ******************************** by MindHacker9009(op): 7:15am On May 26, 2025 |
advanceDNA:You don't know the meaning of analogy. Jesus did not say one should go and start a war, but instead if war is coming, He emphasises wisdom and prudence before engaging in conflict, making sure one is capable of winning rather than rushing in blindly. So, it’s fair to say Jesus supports going to war if it’s necessary and one can succeed, rather than promoting unnecessary or reckless fighting. If Ukraine had followed this advice they won't be in a war with Russian till today they cannot win |

MindHacker9009:Lol.......u are de$perate ......now that I'm throwing other analogies Jesus used, u have decided to become c0ndescending .. U have fallen into the error of fallacy...but u de$perately need it to prove ur point.. .u are starting to sound like ppl who misinterpret the bible to suit a specific narrative.." Jesus turned water to wine..then he must have supported the drinking of red label, Jack Daniel, and Hennessy".... |

| Re: ******************************** by MindHacker9009(op): 11:13am On May 26, 2025 |
advanceDNA:Did Jesus advice you to go and turn water to wine too? I’m not being desperate or condescending, I’m simply reading what Jesus said and taking seriously the example He chose. Sure, it’s an analogy, but He didn’t use a random scenario. He used war deliberately to illustrate wisdom and strategic thinking. That doesn’t mean He was glorifying war, just acknowledging it as a real and sometimes necessary part of life. Misusing scripture would be twisting it without context. But in this case, the context is about cost, planning, and calculated decision-making, which applies directly to the logic behind engaging in war when necessary and when one is likely to win. What I’m saying isn’t about twisting Jesus’ actions, it’s about looking at His words carefully, including the examples He chose to make His points. |

MaxInDHouse:It's important I always call you out as you are the one going from house to house and from thread to thread displaying your lack of knowledge of the teaching of Jesus, yet claiming your organisation is the only one doing what Jesus taught, when infact you don't even understand what Jesus taught. Which shows your are the one that is disturbed. MaxInDHouse: |

| Re: ******************************** by MindHacker9009(op): 12:57pm On May 26, 2025 |
MaxInDHouse:Though Jesus is a fictional character, but because the fictional story was based on the Torah, then there are some wisdom to be found within it. This wisdom is for Ukraine, if they had done this they won't be in a war with Russia they cannot win today: Luke 14:31–32 (NIV): “Or suppose a king is about to go to war against another king. Won’t he first sit down and consider whether he is able with ten thousand men to oppose the one coming against him with twenty thousand? If he is not able, he will send a delegation while the other is still a long way off and will ask for terms of peace." |

Kingsempires:The highlighted makes me happy as you have said what you observed now is the time to think deeply. I want you to know the significance of that word "TEACHING" when people are taught by a teacher each student use what they learned to benefit themselves that's why many attends schools and seminars but in the case of Christianity it's not so Jesus taught his disciples to be selfless {Matthew 5:40-42; 6:19-21} though from human standpoint it makes no sense {1Corinthans 2:14} but when we look at it critically we discovered that Jesus' teachings is not for selfish desires or cravings {1Corinthans 10:24} rather it's something that if put to good use everyone will benefit maximally because it will go round and whatever goes around comes around. Matthew 7:12 Now ask all those that have disagreed with my teaching to present a global family that's benefitting themselves as one not where each person only thinks about his selfish desires. Proverbs 18:1 What i teach belongs to the teacher who told his students: “Truly I say to you, no one has left house or brothers or sisters or mother or father or children or fields for my sake and for the sake of the good news who will not get 100 times more now in this period of time—houses, brothers, sisters, mothers, children, and fields, with persecutions—and in the coming system of things, everlasting life." Mark 10:29-30 The highlighted in blue shows that Jesus' teachings centers on creating a global family of peace loving people {Isaiah 65:17} just as God purposed long ago! Isaiah 2:2-4; Micah 4:1-3 compare to Genesis 1:28 So any teaching that fails to achieve this is falsehood and why are they unable to meet up with this goal? Matthew 7:16-18 Well Satan is a selfish person therefore all his ideas are based on selfishness so whoever is on Satan's side can never find that global family each will just be on his or her own seeking personal glory! John 7:18 Back to what i told you please ask anyone who has disagreed with me on this forum to present a church or group that's helping people throughout the world to form that global family where peace will reign which you and i know for sure that is a GOOD THING! Isaiah 5:20 |
