I've just finished code geass for the 5th time. I've seen samurai champloo, blassreiter, Inuyasha, darker than black, seven, and a bunch of other good ones, now i need another one. I dont like naruto and bleach is just silly. I know this shouldnt be in the gaming section but i figure gamers are more likely to watch anime right?

its an awesome action/adventure anime about pirates searching for the grand treasure, one piece!, and the marines on the opposing side although you cant say one side is good or bad its kinda...counterintuitive,you be the judge! they do have powers(devil fruits) bt i wouldnt call it magic. The thing that distinguishes One piece from 'oda' animes is its captivating, well ploted storyline, strong characters, the emotions it gives.....AAhhh[i][/i]subarashi desu ne!![i][/i]...well nuff said personaly having watched ; Fairy tail,Naruto,Soul eater, Hajime no ippo, Bleach, Full metal alchemist brotherhood, High school of the dead, Samurai champloo & world renowed Death note.. In my opinion one piece is the best anime i've seen!

i like one piece. I've read fma manga, hate naruto, tolerate bleach and fairy tail, like monster, zetman and beserk.

Fair enough. But i hate bleach even more than i hate naruto. I'll give one piece a shot.

I started code geass but didnt finish it, cos i didnt have time for it then although it looked ok, I've only watched FMA brotherhood, and it was awesome, except for the part where a mad scientist made a Chimera out of a little girl and a dog, Frick-en disgusting!!. my best animes(if I have to) would be...
1) One piece (action/adventure)
2) Hajime no ippo (boxing)
3) Death note (psychological)
4) Fairy tail (action/adventure/magic)
5) Naruto (action/adventure)

Then the rest in no order; FMA brotherhood, Bleach, Soul eater, Deadmanwonderland, High school of the dead, Legendaray gambler tetsuya,..and so on

I think you would agree that everyone has their own preferance of anime & its also possible that an "1" with great hits & popularity would be liked by "most" anime lovers, that said judging by your anime list am guessing you like psychological, action & maybe mystery?.Well for starters One piece is a pretty long anime(543 episodes) & I'll be honest with you at first i didnt like it cos, well, it was long,& being and old anime that began about the same time as Naruto, I didn't dig the graphics at first...but i managed to hang on and it got much better, in visual presentation, character formation, cool anime songs(if you into that) and in story depth(great pointer to tell if an anime is worth my time)...that's when I fell in love... pros? you ask, it doesnt do crappy fillers like Naruto or bleach, it has a strong storyline, "luffy"(the main character) is not overpowered like Naruto(unlimited chakra...if you know what I mean), and people do die unlike in bleach, which begs the question, why is it Ranked 3Rd to Naruto and bleach in general anime ratings?!. Death note on the other hand is an anime I would recommend to absolutely anyone, heck, if i knew my boss loved something like prison break, criminal minds, is intrigued by mystery,classic psychological battle between good and evil with a little twist of spiritual weapons and doesn't mind trying something new? I'd recommend death note instantly, after all its only 37 episodes. Fairy tail is another great one for a magic lover, frankly I was surprised that someone(Hiro Mashima) would come up with a new anime that would rival the best of the bests both ended and ongoing in just 3 years!!. Not too lengthy just 127 episodes and ongoing, it's almost(almost....) as awesome as one piece, funnier than Naruto, and definitely more realistic than bleach.

All that said I recommend;
1) Death note.....short great anime
2) One piece...... don't just take my word for it, watch "one piece movie 10: Strong world"
3) Fairy tail..... don't just take my word for it, watch "Fairy tail episode 124"

the last chapter was pretty much porn. besides manga nd anime r pretty much dd same.

dude, not just the last chapter with the swimsuits, am talking bout the new arc they entered after the time skip, you gotta admit it has great potential

I started One Piece a couple of days ago and I'm now in Ep 45. Its that good! However I don't get the de-repping that Naruto is getting here. No question one seems to have a lotta depth and sense to its story but the over sensitivity in it is a HUGE turn off. I enjoy carthasis as much as the next guy but I hate seeing people get mushy over every single event. That said there's no amine/manga that's more guilty of this than Bleach; that thing has to be the worse manga out there, everyone's a sports model there. Its ridiculous.

I love Naruto cos its a mid way between everything. It doesn't over beautify, it doesn't try to blackmail emotionally, and the storyline is fantastic. The fillers are a major problem I admit but save that Naruto is the best, seconded by may be One Piece. Hajime no Ippo is quite good, but I have not delved into it too much, I like to take my time.

I saw half of hajime no ippo. Awesome premise, terrible artist. My top animes are code geass, darker than black, samurai champloo, and full metal alchemist. And when i say full metal alchemist i mean the original that was english dubbed not the stupid one where edward Ulric was just pretty much just naruto. That one ended differently with Edward getting stranded on the other side of the gate.

Naruto is extremely silly. The writers keep inventing powers and backstories that dont make any sense. If this guy was so strong he was called the lion of the west during his time, how come naruto mastered his most powerful jutsus in 2 episodes when it took him 20 years? And if naruto is that badass, how is he still getting his b-u-t-t whooped? Oh wait, no. He just learned another secret jutsu from the dragon of the south. Now he's more powerful than everyone in akatsuki. Wait, the leader of akatsuki is actually the moon in human form. And everybody that died is coming back to fight again. 500 episodes of the same crap being recycled. Same thing with bleach but that one is even worse.

All this talk about animes and nobody mentioned DEATH NOTE!!

BLEACH: I guess its okay!! I lost interest a while ago, but I'll give it a shot when I'm done catching up on my One Piece.

I saw death note, but i'd already seen code geass so it didn't bust my head as much as it could have. Besides the ending of code geass was epic while the ending of death note was so so. Still pretty good though, at first i was liking both yagami light and ryozaki but when he died and M and the other guy took over i kinda lost interest. I understand your attachment to naruto. I saw samurai x before but naruto really got me into anime too. Still doesn't mean its not c-r-a-p.
