Go to God and pray, ask for the grace to stop these habits. Study the Word and be consistent.. The appetite will gradually drop.

There is hope for you. One demon is responsible for this. Just surrender first to Jesus Christ. Then obey His words. It is as simple as that. The problem is that, will you do it? You are only regretting now because you don't have money, but if small change enter now, you will look for how to multiply it. Another thing is that you won't stop visiting bet sites and check live scores and looking for games.

OP, let me give you some candid advice, if you’re ready to listen and take action.

The truth is that we kill bad habits by replacing them with constructive habits. You can't just leave a vacuum in your life; you must fill that space with something else. Start a new hobby—whether it’s journaling, drawing, or even hitting the gym—anything that genuinely occupies your time and keeps your mind busy.

Secondly, you must kill the triggers. If you have those videos on your phone, delete them immediately. If it’s an online thing, clear your browser history and cache so those suggestions don't pop up. If it’s your friends that influence you, you need to cut them off without thinking twice. You can't heal in the same environment that made you sick.

Give yourself a very strict routine to follow. There might be days when you relapse, but don’t let that get to you or make you give up entirely. Be determined and keep pushing until you beat it. That is the only way to stay positive and win this battle.
