I am not sure how unpopular it is. He is on his way to being pound for pound our worst ever signing. Only Alexis Sanchez and wastemen like Taibi, Bebe can rival him.

I think Sancho and McTominay have downed tools this reason for different reasons. ETH is a bit culpable for Sancho’s downing of tools and the club management is a bit culpable for McTominay’s own. Barring an injury crisis I would be surprised to see McTominay starting any game until January.

I think so too. He probably is unhappy that the club rejected the 30m offer from West Ham and has logged out mentally from anything Manchester United.

Sancho had also probably mentally logged out even before the suspension and I think it all stems from him playing quite well as the CF all through preseason only for ETH to dump him from the starting lineup for misfiring Garnacho and Rashford.

I have no hard evidence for either theory but just trying to make sense of the madness.

100% record so far. 5 wins and 17 goals scored. Even though they don't seem to have loads of higher-level talent like Garnacho's set they have a chance to win the FA Youth Cup and maybe even push Man City for the league title because they have more depth.
