I even read some evertonian season ticket holders view on Lukaku they rate him average, infact 70% of Everton believe him to be just above average while the rest don't give a fvck...Its not exactly bad nor good just average which is kind of mellow...i would expect better quality for 75m but with a player like Pogba chipping in through passes, hopefully Lukaku will be clinical and that would make me more than happy to overlook his gorilla first touch.

Bro, lets be honest here Lukaku has not lived up to expectations so far.
I won't write him off yet but I think it's high time he cooled his head on the bench.
This is not Everton and he should know it. He has a lot of improvements to do. A whole lot!

Sincerely hope we aren't towing the path of Arsenal and Liverpool. Like play, its now going to be 5 years since we won the EPL, the board has to do something asap. If mourinho can't do it next season, his contract shouldn't be renewed and a new coach brought in.

Rashford was very annoyed today at the end of the match. We can't keep respecting the big teams the way we did in first half. When we decided to play, sterling and sane disappeared. Attack has and will always be the best form of defence.

Lukaku's overall play was poor. His chance though was a lucky save by ederson.

I'm embittered I swear. A loss is worse. There is clearly nothing we can do now. No way city is losing three matches. Even if they lost, are we certain to win ours? we should just focus on the champions league.

We created three chances all through. I don't know how people expect us to score three out of three. Lukaku needs to be fed more.

He always ran away from balls going into City balls, where you expect him to chase the ball into the box, you won't see him.

Aerial contest: He will just jump without contesting for the ball. His head was always far from the dropping ball.

No hold up play (except once in the first half)

Still missed a clear cut chance to equalize. Although this one is the least of them all.

How many times did you argue about Ibra's lack of pace on this thread and contest against his holdup play, creativity and aerial threats which you deemed to be useless to the team?
