I don't want to believe certain players are built to player that way, even if it's true, I am certain not all the players in their respective teams are built to play that way but they somehow manage to get them running for 90mins.

The defence is obviously going to play most of the matches.. but Klopp rotates his midfield occasionally.

They have Milner, Keita, Origi, Ox, Shaqiri as sub players, and these guys get quite a lot of minutes despite being sub players...
