emmanuelewumi:is he running a hotel or a brothel? It's the former that should have such facilities in the room, even at that 5k a room is poor, all the rooms will not be occupied every night, these ladies are Nigerians and most don't have a maintenance culture, they would destroy all those equipments in the room in a space of 3 months and he would be on a repairing spree till he runs out of business. As a brothel, you make it least comfortable, a space for bed only, no light, no fan, it left for the Ladies to either equip to their taste (which most often do) just a fairly comfortable toilet and bathroom. Brothel business is more like a master and slave relationship. The ladies are there to serve you. 4 Likes |

Pascopele: That is his unique selling point and he has redefined the business, buying up the properties of other operators in the business Someone who increased his outlets to over 50 within 25 years, is a smart businessman and a real estate investor The average Nigerian real estate investor knows nothing about financial planning, risk management, maintenances etc. 10% to 20% of the rental income should be allocated for maintenance, depending on the age of the property At 5k per day a room will generate N1.5 million in 300 days of a year. I am sure the cost of building a room should be in the region of N1.5 million. How much will you need to service the AC in a year? Main while the property will continue to generate income for the next 40 years or more if well maintained, rental income will also rise during inflation 7 Likes |

All of us here dey fvck ashawo, most money earned in TBills, MMF, Sukuku, Bonds, Bitcoin, Euro bonds end up in ashaswo brothels and so we are all indirectly supporting the existence of the trade. To be fair, anyone that visits ashawo is less likely to catch disease as they are strict on the use of condom but if you see all those Instagram, Facebook girls wey go collect N10k for raw sex, fear them when they tell you enter raw. Na so everybody dey enter them raw. Grupo: 5 Likes |

afroxyz:I am not getting it.Is it that some are hotels for all manner of guests or he is strictly into brothel filled with prostitutes. If is the later.I wonder if the man die his Villa go see like 1000 ashis plus the people way go lay the man to mother Earth go be ashwo lol. This man go enter Guinness book before him die as the landlord of ashis for naija. What a negative legacy. Lagos is really Libra because some state first ladies are frowning at this line of business and closing them down .I am in no position to judge him but it is a capital NO for me as a way for making money. That is why is good to add to your prayer points that God should cancel any past dealings that was done by our fathers without our consent. And equally pray that any consequences of our own actions should end with us and not be extended to our children if you are a christain Pls note I mentioned if you are a person of Christan faith Oh before you quote me 8 Likes |

OgogoroFreak: Think about what your choice of business could contribute to humanity and not only your pocket. You will be enhancing human trafficking, prostitution, drugs abuse, arm robbery. How many life's will you destroy at the expense of more millions into your acc?, I'm not preaching religion to you but virtues, I'm not holy and don't except you to be either But those little bit kind gestures will show ourselves is what will makes the world a better place 11 Likes |
