Yes ooo! Expecting some dough next week so I truly hope rates would appreciate by next auction. I believe that should be first week of October

Please between primary and secondary at maturity of same bank which one drops first. First Bank just credit the secondary, yet to receive interest nor credit for primary. Thanks.

Finally gotten what looks like interest meaning it's reinvested. Who knows first banks 182 days rate for yesterdays bid. Thanks

Zenith bank use a rate to be on the safe side. Banks that will use last week's rate of 13.5 to judge and bid 13.5 and above will likely fail. I hope my bank Stanbic succeeded for their 364 days. This one that i have not seen alert is somehow.

Any other update on the rate from banks? Those who went with Sta1nbic for 182 and 364days have you been credited..
Re: Treasury Bills In Nigeria by Etfash(m): 7:41pm On Sep 20, 2018
FBN bid for 364 days actually failed.
My fund was returned to my account earlier today.

By the way, this is my first experience with this.
I will proceed to one of their branches to check available secondary rates tomorrow morning.

For my mind, that money was already gone.

Yea, he is correct. The CBN changed the minimum investment value last year for PMA to N50 million from N10,000. It was one of the major reasons for the creation of the FGN Savings Bond to allow low income earners participate in the fixed income market.

The 50 million rule has been in place for over a year when you intend to specify your rate for primary auction.

The rule doesnot apply when you go with the bnk rate for primary and secondary market.
