That lying on your back should just be for 2-5mins just to check for baby's movement. Don't use it as a sleeping position cos doctors said it's not good for pregnant women.

Second VE done. I'm now btw 6-7cm dilated. 
Dr says I'm doing great and that my cervix is very thin and that they are impressed

Make I no lie, I'm having contractions o but e no de pain me and I no know why. Lol. Though they gave me pcm injection.
