We all know that the bible says that anyone that looks at a woman lustfully has already committed adultery with her in his heart

So I ask, where does the sin of adultery start from?

I think its is from the woman, who from her wardrobe has the choice of selecting less provocative and revealing clothing for the day, event or attention she is dressing up for.

For certain, SUs and deeper life women (no disrespect) do not draw up so much attention from men because of their more modest dressing. Not saying all of them are holy, as stories abound of their short comings in other areas as well, but at least they help brothers to commit less of the sin of adultery

Is my opinion misinformed?

i personally dont know any man that lusts after a woman based on that definition of lust. you may check the booty out. and then keep it moving. lust is defined as lecherousness and intense and uncontrolled. now thats an animal that needs to be caged

It depends on the circumstances. Your family history is vital. If in such family adultery is rampant, you can be sure it will flow down to the children.
You can also be enticed by what you see.
Above all, we need to fill our heart and brain with the word of God, then increase our dedication to the work of God, pray and fast more to destroy your evil foundation, declare a holy war against the spirit of lust, raise up a prayer altar against the evil flow of adultery. Flee from every appearance of evil.
