It's not compulsory that every single policy of the government will favour all. Every Governor supported fuel subsidy removal yet most tribalist want to heap all blame on her as if fuel subsidy removal can be categorised as a total government failure irrespective of what is accomplished in the next coming 3+ years ahead.
