The NBA shouldn't have meddled in this matter in the favour of the Samoa bill coz they should know better what an implied term means or the general principle in the interpretation of statutes.. The term Human Right used in the bill can be interpreted in diverse ways...What we should be asking now is if the implied meaning to Human Rights as included in the Samoa Bill do not infer the rights of the LGBTQ? 1 Like |

Hmmm....negligence at its peak. Even adults get it wrong with using gas let alone a 7 years old kid. Things like this in conjunction with domestic violence increases our child mortality rate. I am pretty sure it was a camp gas and the little girl must have turned on the gas before lighting the match making the gas saturate the apartment for the apartment to have been burnt down.
