A retired Army Colonel Layiwola Olagunju aged 74,was among the 5,000 students who had their matriculation yesterday at the Obafemi Awolowo University, OAU, Ife.


The man is said to be a native Erunmu in Ibadan Oyo State with four grown children was the cynosure of all who were there as people wanted to know what prompted the septuginarian into considering getting a university degree at that age.
