Re: Shell Nigeria - The Next Generation by EasyT: 7:58pm On May 13, 2009
It seems they are now giving out the medical invites piece by piece unlike the bulk delivery we had on the first day when more than ten people reported receipt.Since yesterday,we've only had three(on this forum though).
With each day that passes,I begin to feel more alone.For example,in my group,there were 6 persons,3 had earlier gotten regret mails and 2 have gotten medical invite between last week & today.So,I seem to be the last man standing.
But I remain strongly positive and I'm strongly expecting to hear from them soon.
Where edoblakky now?Wetin dey happen for your side?

Re: Shell Nigeria - The Next Generation by opensesame: 2:45pm On May 14, 2009
Hey guys!!
Like Osina wata said, did my meds today. It was fine.
Just be prepared for some rigorous tests. Lung tests (we had to hold our breath under water for at least 8 minutes), Test of strength and perserverance (had to do minimum of 89 push ups), Eye tests (we had to go to the top floor of freeman house and count the number of people at obalende bus stop; this was also used to test for a probable fear of heights). . . . . okay, okay Just kidding!!  cool grin cheesy
It was just the same old tests (eye, hearing, lungs, blood, urine. . ) have to go back on monday to see the doc with our results.

@douecho. . . congrats man!!! smiley I'm so happy for you. This is really great! everybody's gettin meds. Everybody will eventually. Trust me!
@Cheksa, Godeagle, douecho. . . make una no vex jare. We always remember u guys. Really we do.
@judeoyas. . . whao it's been a while. whr've u been? Speakin of which, where's jibzgal, sef??

judeoyas,I now see where u are coming from but I didnt mean it that way.I also think they're done with regret mails and hopefully next week,one should hear from them.

@opensesame,why do they usually ask you to come back after the first day's medical,Is it that they are not able to conclude the tests in one day or there is something else?My friend was also asked to come backt the next day.

Well, the results of your tests take a whole day to come out, and they have to be ready before you can see the doc.
