Instead of babysitting your system, you go to BOM market look at the green line and red line, take their values and set it in alert. So when the price touches, you are sent email or text message by BOM that the price has been reached. Then you login to BOM and do the necessary.

Ehnnn, you see baa, this is exactly what I was trying to say above. Na the same tin. U know say before email enter you box, login etc, price don change too, but doesnt mean you can't still place you trade, just depends on current price.

Not necessarily. Place your trade first. The you can post that you placed GOLD for example to FALL in 45mins at 0.9700. Someone might see it 5mins later, check current price and see that its say 0.9698 or maybe e don even dey 0.9703 (in this case, he has better chance of winning than you wey give signal sef). You no after the tin touch green light, sometimes e go go higher small before retracing.
