If you've paid the USCIS fee before you left Nigeria and have gotten your receipt, all you have to do is to wait for your GC in the mail. While waiting you can go start processing your SSN, your host can put you through on this. Also, you can go through the driver's practice test on the internet. It is well.

my younger sis won the lottery for 2014 through an agent, we have collected the details we need from him but he used her wrong date of birth and place of birth. she already has an int'l passport so we are thinkin of redoing a new passport for her.
the issue here is that her fiancee wants to do traditional marriage and court marriage go they can go as a couple, but am looking at the possibilities of it working out at the interview because the dates of marriage will be after she should have submitted the forms back to KCC cos they are about fill the form. so house your advice is reallyu needed here. should she fill the form as single and they proceed with their marriage plans or should she just do everything as single applicant and let her fiancee will follow her on a later date.

Na now him know say she is ripe for marriage.Anyway, if they can defend the union and courtship before marriage, no worries. With all those mistakes, are you sure he used the correct passport photo? That one is a bouncer!

Getting a new passport is not a bad idea inother to claim d new date of birth.
To the best of my knowledge; I'll advise her to process it as single and the husband will join her later.
I've seen cases where someone who applied as single initially and later went for d interview as married. They were refused and the money and effort was lost.

I bliv more pple in the house will comment on this.
