OK so the man lived a non violent criminal life, worked his way up to being a supervisior over 30 employees and now he is led off in handcuffs. What he did was wrong but what is more important is why he did it.

He is guilty of stealing a petty criminal's identity and made something of himself. He did not steal from anyone, hurt anyone so I don't think this is a prison type crime. Have him pay a fine and go back to work so he can pay taxes as he has done for the past 20 years. [color=#990000][/color]

I do background checks in a private firm for a living. You can only hope to earn like me.
