The Bible says without faith no man can please God, therefore if you want everything to be logical you cannot be a Christian. A very good example being the virgin birth. Its actually illogical to the carnal mind.its only through spiritual enlightenment that a person can grasp that concept. In science we know energy exsists in various forms e.g light, sound, mechanical etc we see the manifestation but we don't actually see energy .microscopic organism exist but it was only when microscopes were invented that we could see them and this led to a lot of breakthrough in diagnosing and treating various diseases in the medical field. If Islam/Hinduism etc had been the religions to testify of a “virgin birth” would those on the other fence (namely Christians) have simply accepted such declaration as “faith”?...I ask because faith only seems to be a convenient bridge when it’s concerning the “illogical” things present in an individual's own (and not another’s) belief system.

If you're so swayed by the dogmas ("incontrovertible truths" ) of the church, then you must believe that the Eucharist actually becomes Jesus' flesh and that he is as entirely human and God alike.
