Why is Osaze Odemwingie's name missing? I think the guy scored about 12 goals last season, though 5 goals below Aiyegbeni. I think I prefer Osaze to Yakubu anyday; He has come a long way from being an attacker to a full-blown striker.

I only took the Nigerian scorer in each league. I may be crazy enough to list the top Nigerian scorer in each league, but I won't go as far as to list EVERY Nigerian scorer in each league cheesy

Although - if I'm bored I might just...

maclatunji: So, Yakubu is Nigeria's best striker at the moment. Can we get a midfielder that will give the guy quality passes so that he can score goals for the Super Eagles? The guy has been Nigeria's most consistent striker for about 7-8 years now.

Tnks for lettin them know

rafhell: didnt know we have this much players scattered across the world.

if only our coaches can know the right thing to do.

marutimon:
ENGLAND
African Topscorer (4th): Yakubu Aiyegbeni (Nigeria)17 goals

Switzerland
Nigerian Topscorer (16th): Kalu Uche 6 goals (played half a season)

Spain
Nigerian Topscorer: Kalu Uche 6 goals (played half a season)

UKRAINE
African Topscorer (3rd): Aide Ideye Brown (Nigeria) 12 goals

RUSSIA
Nigerian Topscorer (4th): Emmanuel Emenike 13 goals

Turkey
African Topscorer (2nd): Michael Eneramo (Nigeria) 15 goals

Belgium
African Topscorer (4th): Joseph Akpala (Nigeria) 15 goals

FRANCE
Nigerian Topscorer (30th): John Utaka 7 goals

The stats suggest to me that our main strikers should be a combination picked from the above.

Kalu Uche can be converted to support striker if not playing offensive midfield.

marutimon:
Scotland
African Topscorer (7th): Sone Aluko (Nigeria) 12 goals (played 2/3 of a season)

Norway (2011 season)
African Topscorer (3rd): Kim Ojo (Nigeria) 15 goals

Denmark
Nigerian Topscorer (8th): Peter Utaka (played half a season), Syvester Emega Igboun 8 goals

Finland (2011 season)
Nigerian Topscorer (8th): Babatunde Wusu 14 goals

Sweden (2011 season)
Nigerian Topscorer: John Chibuike 7 goals

Serbia
Nigerian Topscorer (8th): Obiora Odita 9 goals

And this batch should be outside chances we can test in friendlies.

Apparently got this one wrong. Obinna Obiefule is Nigeria's top goalscorer in Europe premier divisions with 34.

Not the biggest league, but still...

Malta
Topscorer / African Topscorer: Obinna Obiefule (Nigeria) 34 goals
