I have to agree about UC web.have tried a lot of downloaders on android and they are all horrible. I downloded an IOS firmware for someone with UC web with my phone.the total file size was 1.080gb and it took 5 hours. have you noticed that downloding with it is faster than downloading with opera mini.however, mine doesn't stop when I minimize it
