Wen its completely off, press vol up and power button at d same time, u should get into recover

On recovery, navigate to factory reset and wipe the phone

thanks bro... but the problem is...last time i tried doing manual upgrade i bricked my Tecno.... i don't want to take the risk again... that's why i want an expert to do it for me.... i could pay.
