Fact remains that that picture of the President sitting next to an empty seat is an insult to the institution of the presidency. Any denials that the Oba did not shun the president, or the fact that he "managed" to see him in his private chambers is not enough to atone for the damage. Already, opponents of the president are having a field day mocking him because of that, yet some fools insist that nothing unusual happened.
