are you applying for Graduate Program? If you are, it means you got a first degree. send your first degree transcript. If you are applying for Undergraduate, you will send your high School transcript.

Most US colleges don't offer B.Eng, as it is done in Nigeria. It is usually BS and equivalent to a B.Eng. Second, Electrical/Electronics as you know it in Nigeria is normally, in the US, Electrical and Computer Engineering/Electrical and Computer Science/Electrical Engineering or any of its variants. It is all the same. In my undergraduate university, UNN, Electrical and Electronics Engineering are even two separate departments on their own.
Just simply look for prospective schools that offers the course in any of its variants - it is the same thing. In addition, there are more factors to consider when selecting prospective schools.

Virtually all schools have Graduate Assistantship. Write the head of department you are applying to and ask how to apply for Graduate Assistantship. Most will require recommendation letters, statement of purpose, etc.

Since, you are going for business management some schools may require GMAT. Even if it is not a requirement, just do it for embassy purpose. Use the remaining part of ur service year to prepare for GMAT and Toefl. Target Spring 2014 admission. I guessed you would have passed out from NYSC program
then.

Only the GRE and GMAT (+ its materials) I sent to him were 2013 edition. I found out that the TOEFL claimed to be 2013 on the site was actually 2009 edition but I now have the 2011 edition + CD and 13th edition barron TOEFL 2010-2011. I also have one SAT material now.
