Foreign Affairs › Re: Israel Recovers Body Of Hostage Ilan Weiss From Gaza, Pm's Office Says(photo) by 99thEnemy(m): 1:27pm On Aug 29, 2025 |
The sole reason the tunnels in Gaza have not been flooded is because not all the hostages, dead or alive, have been accounted for.
For now, this restraint exists for the sake of those still alive.
But if it is ever confirmed that no hostage survives, a new chapter of the war will begin. Blowing up, gassing, and flooding the tunnels with unlimited Mediterranean seawater would become daily practice, alongside indiscriminate strikes. |

Pentagon007: This is exactly how Russia will keep pushing it's luck until the unexpected eventually happens.
Hitler was practically acting the same way. I see a situation where Russia will become so emboldened that it will target a NATO country in one of these strikes.
Then we see WW2. That kind of liver will not come anytime soon. |

Natbrowny: He wasn't talking about work resumption time or if 9 to 5 is 8hours or not
He clearly said 9hours a week, 5 times a day.
If u resume 7am close by 4pm. Ur 9hours b dat. If u resume 8am close by 5pm. Ur 9hours b dat Same goes for 9am and close by 6pm.
Ur resumption time doesnt matter but the number of hours (which he set to 9hours a day. Some mayb 8hours, some 10hours. Just get d message behind 9 to 5 That has never been what 9 - 5 means. |

meobizy: 9 - 5 is 8 hours. That guy needs to correct his error.
x
Back with a little understanding. 9 - 5 is used to refer to jobs. Which job is nine hours? Everyone knows 9 - 5 literally means the eight hours of 9 a.m - 5 p.m. The boy should get out! And the thread was even pushed to FP by some mod to aid in the misinformation. |

These are adults for crying out loud it's wrong. Why should federal government even allow such. Then signed it.

https://www.google.com/amp/s/oasismagazine.com.ng/2025/08/fg-approves-first-female-only-university-in-nigeria/%3famp=1
🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔 Laudable idea but I prefer integration. Allow men and women to mingle and let the competition be there because there's no all female society . What you said about it (sexuality) being a same sex school is out of pure prejudice. I went to an all boys secondary school yet it wasn't like that. We even craved koso more than any other school. A g@y person is born g@y. Don't say environmental factors make them g@y. In such case, an environment only exposes the persons true nature early based on factors. A true straight person will never be with the same sex. |

Kukutente23: Educate yourself properly There's no law that says governors are chief security officers of their state The constitution guarantees free movement of citizens If something happens, the security agencies will be questioned not the gov except he is suspected of being complicit There have been multiple murders of politicians in Nigeria and no one blamed the state gov except in a situation they are suspected of being complicit. Bola Ige easily comes to mind. No one questioned or blame former gov Lam Adesina Very Wrong. " Chief Security Officer (CSO)" is political when regarded to Governors (not constitutional), and a title commonly referred to Governors in Nigeria (It is very customary), please don't feign ignorance. But when anything happens, the Governor carries the blame before agencies. That's the reality. Abi no be so? |

Useless leaders Country representatives and international bodies don't just storm into places, they strictly follow diplomatic protocols and cooperate with security agencies before visiting. A popular politician once tried to visit unannounced and was turned back, not out of disrespect but because his safety couldn't be guaranteed. Q: If something had happened, who would they blame? A: The Chief Security Officer (CSO) of the state. |

AntiChristian: Make i talk my own tori though not that a trauma as i don old pass am!
I live in one of the most populous Local Government in Nigeria. I once had a neigbor who lived in a flat in the same compound. The guy seems like around 37 years old, short and okay! He's an introvert, usually stays indoor for long hours. I always thought he was into Yahoo yahoo, but i knew there could be many legit jobs one can do online. There was a lady with him. Fair, tall and stout! I could say the lady was way out of this guy's league by mere looking at them. And i wonder where they met as she looked more like a sugar mummy than wife! I also feel guy wasn't simple too. Person wey fit pay about N1M rent no be small person!
To cut the long story short, the guy don Japa and the lady has returned to her former husband's house! They had a misunderstanding earlier and she left to be with the BF. So when they settled, she returned. Another person don move into our house now! And this is your source of trauma? |
