The Clean Cooking Club Initiative Africa (CCCI Africa) is set to launch a large-scale 5,000 Clean Cookstoves Distribution Program in Ilaro, Ogun State, marking a significant milestone in the fight against energy poverty, deforestation, and household air pollution in rural Nigeria. The three-day program is designed as a community-centered intervention that combines awareness, empowerment, entrepreneurship, and direct access to clean cooking technologies—targeting women, farmers, and young girls, who bear the greatest burden of unsafe cooking practices. Speaking ahead of the program, the Director of CCCI Africa, Mrs. Remilekun Adeosun, stated that the initiative is not merely about distributing cookstoves, but about reshaping livelihoods, health outcomes, and economic opportunities within vulnerable communities. “This empowerment is designed to ensure that women, farmers, and young girls in Ilaro are no longer exposed to the dangers of firewood and charcoal cooking. Clean cooking is not a luxury—it is a right, and it is foundational to dignity, health, and climate resilience,” she said. Program Structure: A 3-Day Impact Framework Day 1 – Community Awareness & Clean Cooking Advocacy The program will begin with an intensive community awareness campaign, bringing together local leaders, women’s groups, farmers’ associations, and youth organizations. Sessions will focus on the health risks of traditional cooking fuels, environmental degradation, and the economic cost of firewood dependence. Live demonstrations will showcase the efficiency, safety, and cost savings of clean cookstoves, while interactive discussions will allow community members to share lived experiences and challenges. A major highlight of Day 1 will be the Clean Cooking Competition, where women will compete in speed, fuel efficiency, and safety using clean cookstoves—turning learning into participation and ownership. Day 2 – Partnerships & Entrepreneurial Empowerment Day 2 will focus on capacity building and local economic inclusion. Selected women and youths will participate in clean cooking entrepreneurship workshops, covering stove maintenance, last-mile distribution, sales, and community advocacy. CCCI Africa will also formalize local partnerships with cooperatives, market associations, and grassroots organizations to ensure long-term adoption and accountability beyond the event. This day positions clean cooking not just as a social good, but as a viable livelihood pathway. Day 3 – Clean Cookstove Distribution & Community Commitment The final day will feature the official distribution of 5,000 clean cookstoves to verified beneficiaries, prioritizing women-headed households, farmers, and low-income families. Each recipient will receive hands-on usage training, safety guidance, and follow-up support plans to ensure sustained use. The program will close with a community pledge, reinforcing collective responsibility for cleaner homes, healthier families, and environmental protection. Beyond Distribution: A Long-Term Vision This initiative aligns with CCCI Africa’s broader goal of ensuring 2 million Africans cook safely and sustainably by 2030. In Ilaro, the program represents more than numbers—it is a deliberate shift toward healthier kitchens, empowered women, reduced deforestation, and climate-smart communities. CCCI Africa is not dropping stoves and leaving. It is building systems, skills, and ownership—and Ilaro is the next proof point.

Anyways, you fit go meet your pastor make him direct you according to the spirit. Best of luck bro |
Jokers |
Stunning. Lovely couple. May the union produce goodness and many babies |
Na OYO you Dey Even the Ibos don’t believe they can ever lead this country — who will vote an Ibo man except an Ibo man? To them, Yorubas are evil and wicked. The hate them and won’t let them do anyhow they love in Lagos. The Fulani and Hausas are nama. They are zoo keepers. The SS are thugs, even their overlord Asari has seen beyond the Ibo sham. Their only messiah is Atiku — a Fulani man They’d rather have Peter Obi run as his vice and beg the Yorubas not to dare produce a presidential candidates coz they want to become vice president. Till today, the average Ibo man hatred for Tinubu is because he loots Lagos money while people like Kalu, Obi, Nnamani are celebrated saints who never stole a dime. They’d even die for these scums. Ayim, you better contest for vice, clinch with Atiku maybe your people will rally around u. |
Ok |
The day a mumu like yaya Bello becomes the president of naija is the day I will totally japa and never turn back. I’m sure this bridge will collapse in 24 hours after he commissions it. Useless mad man |
This one is not a leader. He’s as useless as the P in Psychology. The guy na scammer. He said he has done over 1000 kilometers road, for which place he do am. Okay, election don reach sha, we go see as e go be |
Hmm |
Abeg stop posting Aboki news here- the cow worshippers are happy with the commander-in-cow presiding over their affairs. Let them be posting their news on adamu garuba cowie blog. Useless ppl una never see something |
Congrats! Bigger wins on the way |
mailemy:Leave this aba issue. Ogun would have been total hell if it wasnt for the little Amosun did |
This one is his bid to become the next president is even breaking international laws to please the fulani cabal. Its good to dream sha... |
This particular governor na yahoo yahoo. If he’d continued where Amosun stopped it would even be far better. My mom’s house is along the Ososun Road in Ifo. He canceled the projected initiated by the last governor and they took the project to the Speaker’s mothers village in Vesper, Ifo. Imagine, a road leading to the $50 billion naira rail way project and one of the largest terminal ever built. How can a governor cancel a road leading to it and takes it to a village that leads to nowhere beside be wanted to appease the speaker. If it’s not for my mother, id never ever go to that dirty and filthy state ever again. Driving through the horrible roads of Sango and Otta where they generate over 50% of their revneue which they only spend at Abk and embezzle the rest makes me sick and gives me nightmare. |
Says the Yahoo Yahoo Governor. Person empowering fraudsters and scammers and thugs. We dey wait you come election |
Big hmmmm |
After this man finish with naija, even China go seize Aso Rock and The Senate House. I know say the mumu senate president go rubber stamp the request sharp sharp |
Dem plenty for Abeokuta and the Governor’s office in Oke Mosan. Confirmed criminals; scammers, fraudsters, land grabbers, and cocaine barons ruling the state. I saw a big bros who was formerly an aiye man working inside the ministry of education, which is the building beside the governor’s office. As in, I was in Celia Hotel for Christmas, na dem flood everywhere with their police escorts. These guys don’t do anything but do fraud, f**k olosho (which is the only resources in Abeokuta) and drive around in government official vehicles. In don’t know why the people of Ogun State keep electing bad leaders, God help my state oh. It’s time Ogun State elect leaders who reward hardworking people and not criminals and thugs. |
I want to buy Doge coin? Anyone has some to sell? I will 5k transaction if online but will buy as much 500k if we can arrange a meeting anywhere in Lagos state. Kindly hit me back and drop your phone number |
sweetshisha:Abeg, I give that road 2 years before it falls apart. Another joke called Dapo is also linking his home town with a substandard road that will be washed away before December to Lekki. Every d.cik and harry are connecting to Lekki yet they are building shoddy roads |
Mimiko has destroyed the future of thousands of youths in Ondo after he’d greedily sent Dangote scurrying to Lagos to site his mega-refinery business there. The leaders of Lagos led by Tinubu whom the Ibos hate passionately instead gave free land to Dangote and formed a PPP between Dangote and Lagos state which will create more revenues and even employ Ibos who still passionately hate Tinubu, a man who has created enabling environment fro them to thrive. Anyways, Ondo has missed it in a massive way, and they should focus on farming for now, drinking palm wine and empowering yahoo boys...it doesn’t come close to that horribly-ruled Ogun, let alone of Lagos |
Hell-Rufai for president of the Zoo ![]() |
