This question popped out during a hot discussion me and my friends were having in the hostel. Many believed Nigeria is not worth dying for and u die for Nigeria even your fellow citizen will curse u for dying for a failed system where the rich get richer and the poor gets poorer.

Some where like let's be patriotic and I was like for where. What our past leaders die for is in jeopardy and a retarded state and you want to die for nothing.

A lot of write-ups has risen from guys and ladies about Nollywood problems and depreciating tendencies but they failed to appreciate that Nollywood has really grown and the movies they produce now are quality oriented and has a nice picture visuals except for those who patronises the low standard guys and they come here to rant like they have watched recent naija movies hitting cinemas.some might not have watched naija in the last eight years and they still compare Nollywood of then to now.

Let's learn to appreciate what we have and give constructive criticisms and not judge an industry by a movie.

With all respect to 2baba, he has lost the lyrical side of himself and most of all he sings are gals, s3x and butts and his lyrical flair has depreciated.

Sound sultan is also damn good but something that stands out for Jesse is that he speaks about life and not necessary girls.u might be suprised that I didn't mention any rap artiste because most of them sings about being the god of rap in Naija like M.I, Ice prince or mode nine with no lyrics just rhymes and flows.Jesse Jags raps like it is his gift and he sings about life.

To me as a person (Haybee Chams) Jesse is the best lyrical artiste in Nigeria.

Hey haters pls read up the who write up before u jump into conclusion.Am Haybee Chams by name(dat is my aka and pls don't get it twisted) and I believe Kemi Adetiba is very underrated in the music-video industry but she is far better than many male counterpart in the industry.

I love Sesan videos but that guy lacks creativity and he is good at is parading girls showing floppy butts and nude boobs.Mr Moe Musa is very good and creative.Respect to Clarence Peters, that dude is a phenomenon and is down to earth creative with his videos but guess what? None of them tells the story of a song in their videos better than Kemi Adetiba.

Kemi is damn a very good story teller and dat what stands her out among their male counterparts.if you doubt me, I will mention just two videos even though she has done so many works but I felt I should call these two outstanding videos
1.Waje ft Tiwa Savage 'Onye' Video:-this is one of the best video ever produced based on concept and story telling.gosh dat gal is damn good.

2.Olamide 'Sitting on the throne' video:- it was a nice video that very much interpreted the song.

Kemi is a good at what she does.

It might be to early to say this but I can bodly and sincerely say that Patoranking is the king of dance hall music in Nigeria.believe it or not, he has come to stay. He is also the rave of the moment and has consistently released smash hit singles after 'Alubarika' success story.

It is no news that some musical artistes who do really have a lot to offer to the music kingdom are under-rated.Here are the top seven of them


1.Sound sultan:-one of the best lyricist in the music scene is no news the most under-rated.Naija ninja as is fondly called started in 1999 with 2face Idibia but is not recognised or accorded the same respect with 2baba.a very nice and consistent singer with smash hit tracks like 'bodmas', 'motherland', 'natural something' and so on should be given his respect in the music kingdom.


2.Solid star:-a very hard working musician, prolific and a lyricist is second on the list.started with hit tracks like Omotena, Skibo, Oluchi is not recognised well with respect to his talent.this guy is meant to be far recognised than so many artiste in the music scene but reverse is the case.


3.Skales:-this gentle man is always seen as upcoming but he started alongside with wizkid, samklef and co.has released some good hit singles and recently released a monster hit banger 'Shake body'.he should be accorded the same respect given to Wizkid.


4.Bez:-if u ever think of a singer worthy to win a Grammy, it should be Bez.he sings a rock kind of song which is not well appreciated here in Naija.a very good lyricist, composer.he also has his band and has released nice songs like baby mama e.t.c.he is in the same class of Asa and should be recognise in that light.


5.illbliss:-fondly called 'Oga boss' is a prolific lyricist and rapper.he is one of the most under-rated in the music scene though he has being in the game for a while.this guy is damn good with nice rhymes, punchlines and he also co-head the capital team with Clarence peters which also has the likes of Phyno, Chidinma and tha suspect.


6.Jesse jags:-this dude is M.I Abaga's brother but he is too under-rated for my liking.if you ever get to listen to Jesse jags songs, you can't but just appreciate rap.this is one of the rap king in Nigeria and is more recognise abroad than here.he is damn good and you doubt me, go and try out some of his songs.


7.Brymo:-the last but not the least is the 'Ara' crooner himself Brymo.a nice singer with a unique type of voice, a lyricist and a prolific artiste.no wonder it was reported that some student at a certain University in U.S.A were said to be studying the artiste because of his hit single 'down'.the first Nigerian musician to enjoy that priveledge.

Well, there are many good video directors but this seven stands out.
1.Clarence Peters:-this guy needs no introduction, his works speaks for him.no wonder he won tranformation award and best song-video director for 'Run my race' by Burna boy.He directs almost all musicians videos and he has done a lot of works for countless artiste.He is the boss.


2.Sesan:-any time I see Sesan videos, the quality and girls are amazing. Has worked for a lot of Musical artistes like Wande coal, Kcee, Inyanya, Davido and a lot of them. He is in the same league of Clarence Peters.


3.Mr Moe Musa:-a very good video director known for his quality videos and was also the person that directed Tiwa savage controversial 'Wanted' video.has worked for a lot of countless Artistes.


4.Patrick Elis:-Patrick is not of Video director that likes parading girls in videos. He is a very creative director and has worked for Phyno, Flavour*nd a whole lot of them.


5.Jude Okoye 'Engees':-not to pronounced because he works mostly for his twin brother Vidoes.He is the brain behind 'Personally' video and a whole lot of them.He is also a creative director and has worked for some artiste like J.Martins and a host of them.


6.Mattmax:-he is very good director especially at directing choreography.he directed D banj 'don't tell me nonsense' video and Timaya 'egolomademba' video.He is very good at his works.


7.Unlimited LA:-the last but the least is LA.he is very good, creative and a brillant video director.has worked for a lot of countless artiste and he is good at is work.
