Pls note that the aim of the church is to further everything related to the church. People who give to church don't give to church to "improve" Nigeria but the Gospel. So pls channel your frustration to your elected govt officials who are responsible for improving Nigeria.

If you want churches to improve Nigeria, then let's hand over the VAT, Pet Tax, CIT, PayE, Wharf etc to rccg or lfc church because the way it looks as though the churches are managing themselves better than how govt is managing our lives.

Just let your conscience remind you that the missionaries that brought Christianity to Nigeria also came with education, welfare, hospitals and aid. All these were other people's money, you know!?

I can understand the dilemma of this administration. it made promises it couldn't keep to oust the previous administration. & now, due to pressure, it has been held by the jugular by the masses & in response it is going about solving a problem by making it worse.


may God grant us leaders who take actions out of a genuine desire to lead honestly & not only when it furthers their political interests...

Do you remember how much was purportedly spent on the Millennial celebration (or whatever it was) during the former President Goodluck Jonathan days?? The amount was never made public.

Politicians as Dino Melaye would arm-twist such events to satisfy their lust for money. Our leaders have shown us that they are scared of themselves and as such they cant be trusted with scarce public finance.

Where there is no expenditure (or budget allocation), there will be no corruption for such events.
