You see, for those that complained about being rejected despite their worth, and they feel it's all a joke. The recruitment section of Andela knows what they are doing.

For you to be a good programmer, you need patience and persistence. Know what you want and go for it no matter how many times you fail, only that; learn from each failure before attempting again.

This is like my 7th time of applying to Andela this year, and my third interview with them but from each application, i improve my self in preparation for next application.

Now, I'm going for class XII bootcamp on Monday.

Except you are not passionate about being a world class developer that's when you'll easily give up on opportunities like this.

Applying is not easy; I know that, but hey... You just need to know what you want and go for it.

If you read my posts well, you'll notice that I ONLY QUOTE PEOPLE WHO HAVE USED THE PHONE, COMPLAINED AND POSTED THEIR COMPLAINTS ON THIS THREAD. Mellin: If any one has bricked his or her tecno f7...simply take it to tecno office they will fix it for at no cost..I just fixed mine now after I bricked it with chain fire 3d...here in onitsha tecno office charged me 0.00naira...dnt go causing more damaage to your fones peeps

Mellin, you are very right. I bricked my F7 too with the same chainfire3d and I returned it back to the seller in minna, who sent it back to "TECNO" . After two weeks I was called to come and collect my phone. at first I thot I'll be billed. I was surprised when the phone was given back to me without collecting a dime from me. it was done free of charge.
If I hear anybody talk rubbish again about Tecno, I will.......hmnnnnnn.... anyway sha.

Guy have u been following the thread at all? U don't need any app to take screen shots. Just press power button and volume down button simultaneously, it will capture your current screen immediately.

TECNO is really proving to be a reliable mobile company. About 2 weeks ago I bricked my F7 with chainfire 3D. I tried all I could to restore it but wasn't successful. I returned it back to the person who sold it to me in minna and he returned it back to tecno for repairs, after two weeks which is today, they called me to come and collect it. when I got there I thot I was going to be billed but ALAS!! the repair was done free of charge. they said because the phone is still covered by the 12+1 month warranty. I couldn't believed my ears cos I know the damage came from me.
Now for those of u beefing TECNO, especially the F7, saying the phone is crap cos the phone is chinko blah.... blah....blah....
How many mobile companies nowadays gives a warranty and stand by their word? So, I don't really care about your blabbing... so far F7 does what I expect a basic android phone to do, I don't give a hoot about hippopotamus glasses, table mark scores, nona-core chip sets,......what again sef?...... low HD(the most ridiculous of all) etc.
For those of u with battery problems, come on guys, u still have a warranty, make use of it, hold them by their words and am sure u won't be disappointed.
I might be wrong but this is my view as a Tecno fan and F7 user.

i used sp flash tools to format the phone. that was the last thing i did.
AFTER THAT, I RAN SOME FEW TEST WITH SP FLASH TOOLS:

ERROR: NAND Flash was not detected!
RAM Test

SKIP! External RAM was not detected!
EMMC Test

FAILED!!

Although i have returned it back to where i bought it and i was told they will send it to TECNO for repairs, that i will be billed if the fault is from me( which obviously is). was told to check back in two weeks.

i still hear sound when i plugged it in my PC.

I even treid factory reset from "Android recovery system", for where no improvement.

so guys beware!!! watch out for that app.

i think i'm now in a terrible situation, my f7 doesn't come on again, even when i plug it to charge while off, the battery animation is no more showing screen light is not even coming on again, every thing is dead. could that mean i will be the first to have a bricked F7?

Flash everything together. make sure you have all your drivers installed
you will need sp flash tools v3.1224.0.sn85 exactly to flash the f7. google it
